- Update on Riverside fencing costs.

- Establish dates for our next few meetings (February, March, April) concluding with the annual meeting, which I hope we can schedule for sometime in April. Please bring calendars.

- Discuss the bylaws to see if amendments are warranted.

- Discuss how we get folks to volunteer to become officers at the annual meeting? Ask current members if they intend to run again.

- Decide on an agenda for the annual meeting.

        How much time should we allow?

What do we need to accomplish and who will do what and in what    order should things happen?

     Some possibilities:

- State of the association - brief reports by Bill and Josh on   year’s accomplishments and budget

- Bylaw amendments

- Elect officers

- Open forum for questions and suggestions

- Establish goals for next year

- should we seek suggestions from membership?

- should we leave this to the new board?

- who should set the new goals - members or board?

- File 990-N (e-postcard) with IRS and State of MN Report

- Website suggestions

• Include explanations of player ratings
